RETURN POLICY

EDR offers various return options depending on the purchase location. Please make sure you read our policies for both the store and the website. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns before you make your purchase.

 

IN STORE

EDR accepts in person returns for full priced items purchased in store within 14 days following the purchase date, provided that the following conditions are respected:

- The item is in its original condition, has not been worn, used, washed and / or damaged.

- The item still has all its original labels and tags.

- The item is returned in its original packaging.

- The original purchase receipt is available.

Note that all sale items are final sale.

Items purchased in store may not be returned by mail and must be taken directly to the Éditions de Robes store in Montreal, Qc, Canada in person.

EDR reserves the right to refuse any return if the conditions do not meet its standards or policies.

Exchange

EDR offers direct exchanges in store when returning item (s) in person. Don’t hesitate to call in store to have your preferred item (s) placed aside for 24hrs prior to your return in person.

Credit note

EDR offers credit notes for in store returns when an exchange isn’t possible or preferred. Credit notes are valid for 1 year after being issued.

Refund

EDR does not offer refunds for any purchases made in store.

 

ONLINE

EDR accepts return requests for full priced items from Canada and United States, purchased online within 14 days following the purchase date, provided that the following conditions are respected:

- The item is in its original condition, has not been worn, used, washed and / or damaged.

- The item still has all its original labels and tags.

- The item is returned in its original packaging.

- Refund shall use the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Note that all sale items are final sale.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We do not accept international returns.

EDR reserves the right to refuse any return if the conditions do not meet its standards or policies.

Exchange

EDR does not offer direct exchanges online. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item (s) at your earliest convenience.

Refund

EDR offers refunds on full priced merchandise if all conditions with respect to our return policy for online purchases apply. Please choose a return option at your convenience:

- In person

The Éditions de Robes store is located at 5334 St-Laurent Blvd, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H2T 1S1. A member of our team will be pleased to help you within 14 days following your order date.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

All other conditions with respect to our return policy for online purchases shall apply.

- By mail

EDR must authorize all returns before they are sent by mail. Please send us a return authorization request email at info@editionsderobes.com as follows:

- Email subject must read: Return request.

- Name of the customer

- Order number

- Name of the item (s) to be returned and reason for their return.

EDR will reply by email within 48hrs regarding your request for a return authorization.

If accepted, the email will include your return authorization number and must be printed and carefully placed in the original packaging with the item (s) to be returned. All returns must be processed by Canada Post or USPS for the United States and received within 3 to 5 business days at the following address:

EDR will then process the refund, using the original payment method, within 48 hours following reception of the package. Funds should appear on your bank statement within 10 business days following refund confirmation.

 

Note that EDR is not responsible for shipping costs, taxes or any other fees that may be associated with returning merchandise. Shipping fees are not refunded. All other conditions with respect to our return policy for online purchases shall apply.

All packages sent to Éditions de Robes that are unauthorized, carry delivery charges or contain items bought in store, will be refused. EDR is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Therefore, we recommend insurance.

 

Éditions de Robes can be referred to as "EDR" and holds the same status. We use the abbreviation for convenience only.

By visiting our site and / or purchasing something from us, you engage our “Service” and agree to be bound by the Policies mentioned above, including those additional Policies referenced herein, site wide and / or available by hyperlink. These Policies apply to all users of the site, including without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and / or contributors of content.

EDR reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Policies by posting updates and changes to our website. It is the customer's responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or our “Service” following the posting of any changes to these Policies constitutes acceptance of those changes.
